Embrace Wellness Rewards Plan
Embrace’s pet wellness rewards † plan pairs perfectly with your accident and illness policy, protecting your pet in sickness and in health.
Pet wellness care that extends beyond illnesses & injuries
Embrace’s accident and illness policy covers the vet bills when your pet is sick or injured. But what about the routine care items that keep your pet happy and healthy?
Wellness Rewards, our flexible routine and preventative care plan for pets, reimburses for everyday veterinary, training, and grooming costs. Wellness Rewards is not an insurance policy, but works as a budgeting tool and rewards you for being proactive with your pet’s care.

Choose Your Reimbursement
With three different options for Wellness Rewards reimbursement, you can choose the perfect amount for each pet, each year, and get a $25 annual reward from Embrace.*
$250 allowance per policy year
$450 allowance per policy year
$650 allowance per policy year
* The $250 allowance yearly savings is $25; the $450 allowance yearly savings is $24.96; the $650 allowance yearly savings is $24.92.
Puppies and kittens usually require more vet visits their first year, so $650 is a solid option for new pet parents. An older pet who only needs updated vaccines and flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives may only need $250. With Embrace, you’re able to change your Wellness Rewards amount at renewal each policy year, making it perfectly personalized to meet your needs.
Billing
When you purchase Wellness Rewards, it will show as a separate charge from Embrace Pet Management. Whether you decide to pay monthly or annually, the timing of your Wellness Rewards payment will match the billing on your pet insurance policy.
Helpful information about the Wellness Rewards Pet Routine Care Plan
Your full Wellness Rewards amount is available for use the day of signup.
Wellness Rewards is a separate product from Embrace’s accident and illness insurance policy. Therefore, wellness claims do not have a copayment, nor do they count toward the insurance deductible.
Wellness Rewards may be increased during your policy term but not decreased. Increasing your pet’s wellness plan amount requires a one-time back-payment for all months to the start of the existing policy.
Wellness Rewards is a reimbursement plan designed to be paid in full over a 12-month policy term. If canceled early, Embrace reserves the right to collect any outstanding payments.
We recommend only purchasing the plan amount that you can use in a year. If there is a remaining balance in your Wellness Rewards allowance at the end of the year, it does not roll over and is non-refundable.
